Payment:

# Kapud accept Alipay,West Union,TT. Major credit cards are accepted through ESCROW.
# Payment must be made within 3 days of order.
# If you can't checkout immediately after auction close, please kindly wait for a few minutes and retry.

Shipment:

We are not liable for any import tax, custom fee, Remote surcharge or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyers refusal to pay the above fees, we would not resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay all the return & resend cost. We refuse the buyer cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
1. Worldwide Shipping (Except some sensitive countries)

Usually we send the items via DHL,UPS,TNT, Some place may need the remote surcharge,also you can check the address in the carrier website ,check it belongs to remote area or not ?
2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.
4. Transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends&holidays. Transit times may different, particularly during the holiday.

6. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Warranty:

              1.  12 months limited warranty for defective items (Excluding damaged or misused after receipt)
              2.  Accessories get 3 months warranty (Excluding artificial damaged or caused by Installation error)
              3.  Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period. Please kindly tell us what the defect is and give us your tracking number.
              4. We do not repair or replace items with expired warranty !

Return & Refund:

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it after items was received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and We will not issue you a refund or replacement.NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items msut be in the original package and must provide us the tracking number, specific reason for the return, and original PO.
3. We will refund your full amount of the items, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
4. After both that the Buyer and Seller must cancel the transaction from Titido. Or, you may choose to have a replacement.
5. Buyer have the duty to check the parcel carefully before sign. Once the parcel is signed, will think got the items in well condition.
