Attention for External Sensors Installation
• For the anti-theft nuts, please pay attention to the following 2 steps,
1. Tighten the sensor on the valve first, if it is not tightened, the anti-theft nut can not protect your sensor.
2. Tighten the nut with the wrench and check the locking performance by hand.

FAQ

Q: My car multimedia system is Android Auto, can I use this device?

A:

Can not be used directly.

If your phone screen can already be displayed on Android Auto, please install the "BL8 TPMS" APP on your phone, and then share the screen on the Android Auto system.

Q: My car multimedia system is the CarPlay system, can I use this device?

A:

Can not be used directly.

If your phone screen can already be displayed on CarPlay system, please install the "BL8 TPMS" APP on your phone, and then share the screen on the CarPlay system.

Q: Why the sensor reading is not accurate?

A:

Sensor pressure value accuracy is ±0.1Bar/±1.5Psi/±10 Kpa.

1. Please re-pair/replace the sensors in APP to check does the paired sensor information is correct or not.

2. If the readings of all 4 sensors are very different from your pressure gauge, please double-check the pressure gauge carefully. Because our sensors are all calibrated before shipment.

3. If you want to keep the display value consistent with the pressure tool you are familiar with, please click the "Tire pressure compensation" in the "System settings" to enter the tire pressure compensation interface, click the "-" or "+" icon in the tire position box to decrease and increase the tire pressure display value.

Notice:

If the compensation value required by your pressure tool is too large, it is recommended to calibrate your pressure tool.

Q: Are there any special notice when installing the "BL8 Main Device" in the car?
A:

The connection between the sensors and the "BL8 Main Device" is wireless, and the transmission distance is 6-7 meters.
Please keep the "BL8 Main Device" away from electrical products or metal items to avoid electronic interference or signal blocking.
For example, the car is equipped with a driving recorder, DVD, and other equipment, recommended to keep the distance above 30 cm.
It is recommended to install the "BL8 Main Device" on the sun visor to get better performance.

Q: Why the pressure data doesn't change?

A:

Please follow the steps as below,

1. Please check the "BL8 Main Device" installation position first to avoid electronic interference or signal blocking.

2. Please re-pair/replace the sensors in APP to check does the paired sensor information is correct or not.

3. If pairing information is correct, please keep the app running, then inflate/deflate the tire a lot to check does the pressure value change or not.

4. If still not change, please check if the sensor battery is low. If low power, please replace the sensor battery.

Q: Why does the sensor pairing fail?

A:

The sensors may be paired failure by the wrong steps.

It is recommended that you follow the steps in the user manual to re-pair the sensors.

The sensors need to be paired individually and in sequence.

Pairing multiple sensors at the same time may cause the sensors to be paired in the wrong position.

Q: Can I use the original TPMS.APP which is already installed by the android car radio seller?

A：

Can not. Please download our "BL8 TPMS" APP in "APP Store" or "Google Play Store".
