Safety Notice:
1.Try to wear goggles to prevent gasoline and cleaning fluid from splashing into your eyes.
2.Dangerous behaviors such as smoking or ignition are strictly prohibited near the equipment to avoid fire and explosion.
3.No fire is allowed to approach the cleaning site.
4.It is strictly prohibited for fuel and cleaning fluid to flow to the engine when connecting the pipe.
5.Try to choose a ventilated place for the work site to prevent nitrogen from being inhaled into the body.
6.The work site must be equipped with fire extinguishers and other fire fighting equipment.
7.Drain the water in the compressor every day to prevent excessive water from entering the cleaning machine and causing malfunctions.
8.Do not breathe the cleaning liquid mist emitted by the cleaning machine and engine.
9.Open the fuel cap box before opearation.
10.After cleaning,the air connectoe must be disconnected first,and then cut off other connecting pipes.
11.If there is leakage in the cleaning equipment and all interfaces during cleaning,it should be deal with immediately and then continue cleaning.
12.The pressure must not exceed the rated value of the equipment when using.
Operating Instructions for Fuel System
1.After starting the engine to normal temperature,turn off the engine,open the fuel tank cap to release the oil pressure,and then disconnect the fuel pump,or open the fuel pump insurance and then start the engine.(Note:if the fuel pump insurance and the fuel injector insurance are intergrated,you don’t need to remove the insurance.Use a suitable connector to block the oil pipe coming out of the fuel tank.)
2.If the engine has a return pipe,plug the return pipe with a suitable joint.
3.Disconnect the oil inlet pipe and connect the appropriate joint in the cleaning equipment to the oil inlet pipe.
4.Pour one bottle of fuel cleaner into the equipment,tighten the lid,and hang it on the hood.
5.Connect the quick connector of the cleaning equipment to the joint of the oil inlet pipe,and close the oil outlet valve of the cleaning equipment ,and then connect the air source to the air inlet of the cleaning equipment.
6.Rotate the pressure regulating valve to the appropriate pressure,open the oil outlet valve of the cleaning equipment,and check whether all joints are leaking.(the pressure is about 2.5kg/cm2 ,or it can be adjusted according to the engine oil pressure of the air.)
7.Start the engine and keep idling,clean for about 20 minutes or until the new cleaning fluid is used up.
8.After cleaning,close the oil valve of the equipment,ture off the engine ,remove the related joints,reconnect the car oil circuit,oil pump,and cover the fuel cap box to check whether there is oil leakage.
9.Start the engine,check and make sure that there is no leakage at each connecting pipe,and clean up the site for future use.
Operating Instructions for Air Intake System
1.Start the engine to working temperature and then turn off the engine.
2.Open the oil filler cap of the cleaning equipment and pour one bottle of fuel cleaner into the equipment,tighten the lid,hang it on the hood and close theoil outlet valve of the equipment.
3.Start the engine and put it in a high idle state,the engine runs at 1500rpm in usual.
4.Disconnect the air intake pipeline at the throttle,install the atomizing nozzle on the cleaning equipment,place it on the throttle,and slowly open the valve on the oil outlet pipe of the equipment until the nozzle sprays liquid.
5.Keep the speed at 1500 rpm to clean the carbon deposits in the engine intake system.(Note:please do not turn off the engine immediately after spraying the liquid,let it idle for 2 minutes,and then accelerate 2-3 times.)
6.Turn off the engine after cleaning and reconnect the intake pipe.
Operating Instructions for Three-way Catalysis Cleaning
1.Turn off the engine after warming up for 5 minutes.
2.Hang the cleaning equipment with three-way catalytic cleaning agent on the hood.
3.Disconnect the intake manifold closest to the throttle.
4.Start the engine with the speed at 1500 rpm.
5.Connect the intake manifold to the taper joint of the cleaning equipment,and slowly open the oil outlet valve on the oil outlet pipe until you see the liquid in the thick pipe before the switch is dripping.
6.Keep the speed at 1500 rpm until using up the cleaning agent.(Note:please do not turn off the engine immediately after spraying the liquid,let it idle for 2 minutes,and then accelerate 2-3 times.)
Precautions:
The equipment must not have air pressure when using transparent hose to clean the three-way catalyst.
